Canada Shipping Policy

We have a flat rate of $10 for shipping Canada-wide.

 

The United States & International Shipping

We use Canada Post for our shipping needs. Total amounts will be calculated at checkout for shipping to the United States. Just enter your location and your rate will appear.

When you enter your country at checkout it will inform you whether we ship to your region.

  RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Email us as to why you would like to return/ exchange. This will help us create better products in the future. We may follow up with you to ensure the process flows smoothly. Note: Returns & exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Include instructions to return or exchange the item. Note: To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the product must be in new condition with tags and packaging intact. The original order confirmation must be included within the package. All products are subject to inspection.

  3. For returns & exchanges, we will send you a follow-up email with further instructions as to where to send the returned product.

 

NOTE: The customer is responsible for any shipping charges.

  DAMAGED GOODS

In the unlikely event that your package is delivered in damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact info@preciouspawz.co and we will assist you in replacing the item. Please note that if you refuse your order you will be responsible for any shipping charges.
