Product availability?


We try to maintain inventory of all products on our website as accurate as possible, occasionally your order may contain some items which are out of stock. In this case, we will contact you before shipping your order.




Can I pick up my order?


Yes, if you live in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia you can purchase online and arrange a time to pick up your new product. There is a prompt at checkout for this service.




Can I cancel my order?


If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order you may cancel so long as it has not been shipped. We will be shipping the day following your order so please do so before then.





SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?


No, however we do ship to both Canada and the US. We are working to offer internationally shipping soon.




How much is shipping?


We have a flat rate of $10 for shipping in Canada. Shipping to the United States will be available to view at checkout. We are working to expand our shipping radius, you can enter your country on the checkout page to see if we ship to your area. We also have the option to pick up your purchase from us directly.




When will my order arrive?


Your order should arrive in 2-9 business days, depending on your location. Canada Post may have delays that our out of our control, however we will do our very best to keep you informed. Tracking is provided through Canada Post.
